- Must be at least 18 years old

- Stamina for standing and walking for 8 hours
- Ability to lift, push, pull, grab, and carry up to 40 lbs
- Proficient in accurately distinguishing between colors
- Must possess the ability to thrive in a dynamic warehouse environment where temperatures may vary
