Senior HR Business Partner

As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will be instrumental in aligning our HR strategy with the objectives of our U.S. offices in Mountain View (CA), Austin (TX) and Nashville (TN). Collaborating with business leaders and employees, you will craft and implement comprehensive HR solutions that enhance the employee experience and drive organizational success. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics. Reporting to the Global VP of HR, you will ensure that HR practices align with company goals and support a positive, innovative work environment.

• Partner with business leaders across U.S. offices to understand objectives and develop HR strategies that align with business priorities.
• Provide guidance and support on HR matters, including performance management, employee relations, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives to improve morale, productivity, and retention within U.S. teams.
• Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement policies, procedures, and programs that support a positive work culture and meet compliance requirements.
• Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and recommend actionable solutions for continuous improvement.
• Act as a trusted advisor and coach to managers on people-related challenges, including conflict resolution and employee development.
• Stay current with U.S. employment legislation, industry trends, and best practices to ensure HR practices remain effective and competitive.
• Lead and/or support special HR projects and initiatives for the U.S. region.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5 years of progressive HR experience, with a strong focus on HR business partnering and employee relations in the U.S.
• Comprehensive knowledge of U.S. employment laws and regulations, with the ability to ensure multi-state compliance.
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
• Experience working in multi-location roles is highly desirable.
