Stampede Culinary Partners is seeking a Sales Support & Marketing Supervisor to lead daily operations for our sales support and marketing teams. This hands-on leadership role ensures customer requests, sales initiatives, and marketing deliverables are executed accurately, efficiently, and on time. The Supervisor will manage workflow, support cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Operations, Customer Service, and other departments, and serve as a key resource for resolving complex issues. This role also provides coaching and guidance to coordinators and specialists while helping improve processes and team performance. QUALIFICAITIONS
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3–5 years of experience in sales support, marketing, or related business functions
- Prior supervisory or team leadership experience strongly preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office; CRM systems preferred
Travel up to 20% may be required.
