What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Analyst Clerk position at Stampede Culinary Partners?
Summary Responsible for reviewing production data entries for accuracy, tracking and summarizing production data entry trends, creating and generating reports to support continuous improvement initiatives and making recommendations based on analysis of data. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, be detailed oriented and have an entrepreneurial attitude.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
- Analyze daily production entry data for accuracy.
- Troubleshoot daily data production entries when data does not seem sensible to normal production runs.
- Assist production personnel with continuous improvement of daily paperwork.
- Collaborate with supervisors, assistant supervisors, and other personnel to find solutions to discrepancies with daily production entries.
- Analyze, track, and troubleshoot inventory variances with raw material, finished goods, seasoning, and/or packaging.
- Maintain trend charts for selected production codes.
- Participate with scheduled Period Close and Quarterly Physical Inventory activities.
- Assist in creating Production Entry #'s as needed.
- When necessary, assist reception area as back-up.
- Create new reports to help identify, reconcile, or prevent issues.
- Assist in creating production formulas and products in ERP system.
- Assist in posting production entries in ERP system;
- Help manage and update different databases and other shared spreadsheets used by different personnel and departments across all locations;
- Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.
- Regular onsite attendance is mandatory.

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or similar is preferred. At least two years of analytical experience including preparation of spreadsheets and other documents.
Language Skills
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages and to draw and interpret graphs.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office programs; Internet software; Familiarity with SQL databases is preferred.

Must have excellent communication skills and customer service skills. Excellent typing and word processing skills. Must have the ability to multi-task.
