What are the responsibilities and job description for the Audio Visual Warehouse Associate position at Stamm?
Stamm Media is looking to hire an audio-visual warehouse supervisor to join our team in our Las Vegas, NV office. This person would oversee the day-to-day operations as the sister-warehouse to our Milwaukee, WI location.
Location Note – we are currently located in Northern Las Vegas – but will be relocating three miles from Harry Reid International Airport by early summer.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day warehouse operations and ensure that all incoming and outgoing inventory is prepped and maintained according to show schedules
- Oversee the loading and unloading of trucks
- Maintain strict standards while returning and quality checking all equipment returning to the Stamm warehouse
- Prepping / testing equipment for jobs
- Maintaining a close eye on all inventory with regular check-ins with leadership to ensure all broken/missing items are replaced and billed in a timely fashion
- Attention to detail as all shows are packed and verified before delivery to show site
- Daily organization and general upkeep of the warehouse
Qualifications
- Experience as a warehouse employee and/or technician in the A/V or Lighting Industry or similar experience and/or training
- High school diploma or general education degree (G.E.D.)
- Manage a fast-paced, on-the-fly environment
- Willingess to work occasional nights & weekends, after-hours - and a good driving record is required
- Forklift experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
