We are actively hiring a motivated Customer Service Ambassador to represent AT&T's wireless products and services through our direct outreach campaigns. As a Customer Service Ambassador, you use a generated lead system to connect directly with prospective customers, educate them on available AT&T services, recommend solutions based on their needs, and guide them through the enrollment and account activation process with honesty, transparency, and ease.
Customer Service Ambassador Key Responsibilities:
- Represent AT&T by promoting premium wireless and telecommunications services to prospective customers in assigned territories.
- Build genuine rapport with customers through face-to-face conversations and explain AT&T's products, pricing, promotions, and service options clearly and confidently.
- Identify customer needs and recommend telecommunications solutions best suited to their lifestyle.
- Accurately complete sales documentation and maintain customer records in accordance with all company confidentiality policies and guidelines.
- Meet personal sales performance goals on a weekly and monthly basis in alignment with company KPIs and performance objectives.
