As a Client Support Associate, you’ll undergo product and sales training to master AT&T’s smartphones and data plans, then bring that expertise to our clients personally. The Client Support Associate also highlights no hidden fees, straightforward contracts, and reliable 5G coverage, showing neighbors how AT&T delivers premium service without the fine print.

• Warmly engage our clients to discover their mobile preferences and recommend appropriate AT&T smartphones and data plans.
• Provide clear and patient support during sales interactions to help clients confidently choose AT&T wireless options.
• Generate sales momentum by addressing concerns and demonstrating the benefits of AT&T mobile services.
• Build lasting trust by offering honest sales recommendations that lead to satisfying AT&T Wireless choices.
• Support sales objectives by proactively engaging clients and facilitating smooth AT&T wireless transactions.
