HVAC Service Technician

Overview
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role requires a solid understanding of HVAC systems and the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively. The HVAC Technician will work in various settings, including residential and commercial properties, ensuring optimal climate control for our clients.

Duties

• Install and maintain HVAC systems, including air conditioning units and refrigeration systems.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on heating and cooling equipment.
• Troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems using diagnostic tools and techniques.
• Repair or replace defective components such as compressors, motors, and thermostats.
• Utilize tools such as voltmeters to test electrical components and ensure proper functionality.
• Collaborate with property maintenance teams to address HVAC-related concerns in buildings.
• Follow safety protocols while working on equipment to prevent accidents or injuries.
• Document service calls and maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed.

Skills

• Strong mechanical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and repair residential and commercial HVAC units.
• Knowledge of air conditioning principles and property maintenance best practices.
