What are the responsibilities and job description for the eBilling Clerk position at Stallion Oilfield Services?
Role Summary:
The eBilling Clerk is responsible for receiving, reviewing, and entering invoices into various eBilling systems in a manner that meets the requirements of the customer in order to receive timely payment on performed services.
Role Priorities:
- Runs daily reports to identify invoices in work queue
- Prioritizes daily work queue by various criteria such as amount and aging
- Re-prioritizes as needed by manager and or customer needs
- Reviews invoices for missing or incorrect data prior to submission
- Ensures bill of lading/delivery ticket matches the invoice
- Enters required invoice data into various customer eBilling systems
- Generates various system aging and accounts receivable reports
- Assists, with collaboration from Field Operations, in troubleshooting and resolve various invoice issues
- Assists with customer disputes Receive invoice and supporting documents from field office locations for electronic processing on a daily and on-going basis
Essential Skills and Experience:
- One year of experience with processing electronic billing, a plus
- 10-key and typing skills required
- Ability to remain focused on data entry for extended periods of time
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
- Effective phone and email communication skills for working with internal and external customers
- Must be able to quickly learn and be proficient on a variety of web-based applications. Experience with OpenInvoice and Ariba Invoice Management preferred.
Education or Certification required (if applicable):
