Onsite Logistics Manager
We’re seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Onsite Logistics Manager to oversee daily operations for a pharmaceutical delivery program utilizing independent contractor drivers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, onboard, and retain qualified independent contractor drivers.
- Manage daily scheduling and route coverage to ensure on-time service.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the customer and operations team, providing exceptional communication and issue resolution.
- Monitor service levels, address operational challenges, and implement solutions to maintain performance standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and customer requirements.
- Build strong relationships with contractors while maintaining a reliable and efficient delivery network.
Qualifications:
- Experience in logistics, transportation, or courier operations preferred.
- Strong recruiting, scheduling, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and transportation management software is a plus.
