Growth Marketing Operator

Title: Growth Marketing Manager Type: Full-time or contract Comp: $5k–$8k/month

What You’ll Do

· Own landing pages and funnels

· Run light paid tests (Google/Facebook/LinkedIn)

· Manage testimonials, Loom videos, case studies

· Support brokerage presentations

· Track CAC and funnel metrics

Requirements

· Growth mindset (not brand-only)

· Comfortable shipping imperfect pages fast

· SaaS or real estate exposure a plus

What Success Looks Like

· Consistent inbound trials

· CAC < $150

· Messaging tested weekly

Salary : $5,000 - $8,000
