Founding Full-Stack Engineer
Title: Founding Full-Stack Engineer Company: Stallion ONE Type: Contract (3–6 months) → full-time optional Comp: $7,000–$10,000/month ( equity optional)
What We’re Building
STALLION ONE is an AI assistant for real estate agents that responds to leads instantly, qualifies renters/buyers/sellers, and books showings automatically.
No AI research. No hype. This is workflow orchestration with real revenue.
What You’ll Do
· Build backend systems that:
o Receive inbound leads (webhooks, email parsing)
o Orchestrate AI responses (OpenAI)
o Send/receive SMS & email (Twilio/SendGrid)
o Schedule meetings (Google/Outlook)
o Track conversation state cleanly
· Implement billing (Stripe)
· Build a simple, usable dashboard for agents
· Ship production code fast and iterate weekly
Required Skills
· Strong backend experience (Node.js or Python)
· API-driven architecture
· Webhooks, async workflows
· Comfortable with MVP-level frontend (React or similar)
· Database fundamentals (Postgres preferred)
Nice to Have
· Twilio experience
· SaaS or CRM background
· Early-stage startup experience
What Success Looks Like
· AI replies to leads within 60 seconds
· Showings booked automatically
· Agents trust the system enough to leave it running
· No over-engineering
Salary : $7,000 - $10,000
