Senior Manufacturing Operations Specialist

Overview

This role is responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process in an aseptic environment, ensuring the production of high-quality sterile products. The ideal candidate will have experience in training and leading teams, as well as proficiency in operating lab equipment and maintaining inventory.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling and assign tasks to personnel to meet production timelines.
• Assist Crew Leader with tasks as needed, including coordinating activities, checking inventory, and ordering supplies.
• Investigate deviations and ensure batch documentation is completed according to GMP standards.
• Operate lab equipment and troubleshoot problems as they arise.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 5 years of experience in manufacturing, including 2 years of training/leading others.
• Experience working with medium/high speed fill lines and isolator/Rabs.
• Ability to write/modify GMP documents and review deviations.
