Job Overview
Stalemate Financial Group is looking for licensed life insurance agents to join our Orlando team. If you have an active life insurance license, we handle the rest: full training, proven scripts, and one-on-one coaching. You will speak with people who have already requested information about life insurance, so there is no cold calling. This is an independent contractor role paid on commission, with hybrid scheduling in Orlando, FL.

Duties
- Take calls from people who have requested information about life insurance
- Learn each client's goals, budget, and coverage needs
- Recommend suitable life insurance coverage and help clients apply
- Follow up with clients and keep an organized pipeline
- Take part in training, coaching, and team development
Skills
- Active life insurance license (required)
- No prior insurance or sales experience needed: we train you
- Coachable and willing to learn
- Comfortable talking with new people on the phone
- Self-motivated and organized
