college Grad! In this role, you will be instrumental in helping to
design, develop, and optimizing manufacturing systems to ensure
high-quality production, efficiency, and continuous improvement. You
will help streamline operations, implement advanced automation
solutions, and uphold industry standards across our manufacturing
facility. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence
manufacturing practices through technical innovation and strategic
problem-solving. Duties Utilize CAD software such as AutoCAD,
SolidWorks, and Creo to design tooling, fixtures, and layouts that
enhance manufacturing efficiency. Conduct root cause analysis on
production issues, implementing corrective actions to eliminate defects
and reduce downtime. Help to create create detailed schematics, process
flow diagrams, and technical documentation aligning with ISO 9001
standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on lean manufacturing
initiatives to identify waste reduction opportunities and foster
continuous improvement. Skills Able to use CAD software including
AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo, and related schematic tools for designing
manufacturing components. Basic Knowledge of schematics reading, GD&T
(Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), CAM programming, and vision
inspection systems. Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management
standards and implementing continuous improvement methodologies such as
Lean manufacturing. Ability to perform root cause analysis using
structured problem-solving techniques; excellent mechanical engineering
