What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at Stained Glass Express?
Join our team as a Customer Service Representative--so much more than a cashier! You'll be waiting on our extremely delightful customers, filling on-line orders, stocking shelves, and doing displays. Must be comfortable with and have experience using a computer/iPad. High School education. You'd be responsible for opening and closing on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays (8:45am to 6:15 approx. with a half hour unpaid lunch.) Requires physical and mental stamina; you are on your feet for the whole day, paying attention to phones, in-store customers, and emails/orders all at once. Our product is very specialized and there is a steep learning curve, but we will teach you! Opportunity to learn stained glass and other creative glass work.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
