Summary
Seeking a senior-level administrator to own the stability, governance, and continuous improvement of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform environment, with supporting Azure integrations. This role is both hands-on technical and client/team-facing, requiring strong ownership, communication, and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support Dynamics 365 CRM (CE) across environments (Dev/Test/UAT/Prod)
- Manage Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) including environment strategy and DLP governance
- Oversee security model (roles, access, compliance alignment) and platform health (performance, monitoring, audits)
- Coordinate releases and ALM (solution management, deployments, validation, rollback readiness)
- Support Azure-integrated components (identity, app registrations, API/integration troubleshooting)
- Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and operational improvements
- Maintain runbooks, governance models, and support documentation
Soft Skills / Leadership Expectations
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients and stakeholders
- Lead through influence across dev, architecture, and business teams
- Communicate clearly: translate technical issues into business impact
- Drive accountability, structure, and calm execution during incidents
- Mentor junior admins and developers and reinforce best practices and governance
Required Experience
- 5 years with Dynamics 365 CRM administration (Customer Engagement)
- 3 years with Power Platform administration/governance
- Strong knowledge of security models, solution management, and environment strategy
- Experience supporting integrated Azure services and enterprise applications
- Proven ability to work across technical teams and client stakeholders
