Cleanroom Assembler

Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Cleanroom Assembler to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling and packaging products in a controlled cleanroom environment, ensuring compliance with industry standards such as FDA regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and experience with various assembly techniques, including soldering and plastics injection molding.

Responsibilities

• Package pharmaceutical products per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies & procedures in compliance with specifications and regulations established for packaging process.
• Operate automatic filling, labeling, and sealing equipment.
• Perform cleaning of the packaging room and equipment.
• cGMP/Documentation: Perform all functions according to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Accurately and legibly document in applicable Log Books
• Determine when to stop a line related to safety or quality.
• Operate automatic packaging equipment.
• Document packaging activities.
• Feed filling equipment.
• Palletize finished products.
• Perform line cleaning.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly, preferably within a cleanroom environment.
• Proficient in using hand tools, calipers, and micrometers for precise measurements.
• Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot assembly issues effectively.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
