What You'll Be Doing

- Ability to print, cut, weed, and package digital products
- Operate light printing machinery
- Learn all aspects of Digital including machines
- Communicate needs/suggestions/concerns to Floor Supervisor
- Assist in other areas when the business requires
- Other duties as assigned
- Awesome work environment with a collaborative working space
- A clear connection between your work and an impact on customers
- A successful team with high internal visibility for accomplishments
- Good verbal communication skills
- The ability to lift up to 20 lbs. and be on his/her feet most of the shift
- Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination
- Basic math and computer skills
- Ability to work at a fast pace in a production environment
- Quality-minded
- Flexibility of schedule and the ability to work overtime daily as needed.
- A willingness to embrace change and learn new skills.
