Veterinary Receptionist - FT & PT available

Stahl Exotic Animal Veterinary Services is the largest exclusive exotic veterinary practice on the East Coast, providing our clients with the most advanced veterinary services.

We are seeking two enthusiastic receptionists able to provide passionate care to patients and owners alike. Must have the ability to work independently AND be a team player.

Duties include: answering multi-phone lines and replying to emails both promptly and professionally, checking clients in and out of the hospital, processing financial transactions, and recording data accurately into patient’s files. Maintaining an organized workstation and tidy waiting area for our clients. Occasionally going out to the car to assist clients/carry 30lb pet carriers.

Previous veterinary experience is required, exotic animal knowledge and previous experience with Avimark is preferred.

• Full-time: Monday through Friday 9:00AM - 5:30PM, EO Saturday 8:00AM - 4:30PM
• Part-time: Monday & Friday 11:00AM – 9:30PM, Wednesday 10:00AM – 8:30PM, Saturdays as needed
