Position Summary:

Stagen Leadership Academy is looking for an Organizational Design Analyst to join their fun, energetic, and fast-growing team. The Organizational Design Analyst will be responsible for capturing insights from client design sessions and translating complex developmental concepts into visually compelling, brand-aligned materials that support proposals, programs, and leadership development engagements. Stagen serves members representing hundreds of companies, dozens of industries, and thousands of employees, that require commitment and accountability. This role reports directly to the Director of Interventional Design.

Job Responsibilities:

Client Engagement Support:

• Attend and document client-facing design sessions, capturing key insights and themes
• Produce real-time visual renderings and structured notes
• Translate discussions into materials that support internal design and client-facing proposals

Production and Design:

• Create high-quality, brand-consistent materials for client proposals, programs, and deliverables
• Edit and format PowerPoint presentations, ensuring alignment with established templates
• Apply design sensibility and tools to translate abstract developmental concepts into clear visuals
• Support the production and distribution of printed and digital materials for client engagements

Project Management:

• Manage multiple design and documentation workflows across concurrent projects
• Track deadlines and ensure timely completion of client deliverables
• Communicate proactively with the Director of Intervention Strategy and Design about project status)

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Organizational Development, Communications, or related field
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Strong written communication skills (college-level writing or higher)
• Demonstrated attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities
• Comfort with feedback; willingness to grow and learn in a high-performing team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with AI tools and emerging design tech is a plus
• Interest in leadership development, adult learning, or organizational design is a bonus
• Experience in professional services is a plus
