Position Overview
As a Project Manager in our Staging Department, you will play a key role in executing staging projects from concept through completion. You will act as the main point of contact between clients and our design team, ensuring each project is delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
This role requires strong attention to detail and organization, as you will oversee the full project lifecycle, from initial walkthroughs and floor plan reviews to final installation. You will guide clients including homeowners, developers, and real estate brokers through the design process and ensure their vision is clearly understood and executed.
You will work closely with the design team to translate client feedback into clear direction, review layouts and walkthroughs, and help refine staging plans. At the same time, you will manage timelines, budgets, and coordination across vendors, warehouse teams, and delivery teams to keep projects moving efficiently.
This is a collaborative and client-facing role that combines creative understanding with strong operational execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Coordination and Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients including developers, brokers, and homeowners. Maintain clear communication and a high level of service throughout each project.
- Project Planning and Timeline Management: Oversee staging projects from initial walkthrough through final installation, ensuring alignment with client goals, timelines, and budgets.
- Design Oversight: Work alongside the design team to guide staging direction, review layouts, and ensure selections align with the target market.
- Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to manage deliveries, installations, and inventory usage efficiently.
- Budget and Cost Management: Track project budgets, proposals, and invoicing while keeping projects within scope.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any client or project issues quickly to maintain timelines and overall satisfaction.
- Post-Project Follow-Up and Reporting: Maintain client relationships, gather feedback, and support the sales team with materials when needed.
Qualifications
- Experience in project management, ideally within staging, interior design, or a related field
- Proficiency with tools such as HubSpot, Slack, and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and understanding of interior design
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external vendors
Salary: $65,000 ~ $70,000
