FPGA Design Engineer – Verification (Onsite – Denver, CO)We are looking for an FPGA Design Engineer for a global aerospace company. In this role, you will Design, develop, and integrate high-speed FPGA-based systems (SoC and communications) for R&D programs, including design, verification, and test of complex digital products.This is a 6-month contract (extensions likely), 40-hour-per-week role (5-day 8-hour shifts per week), Onsite role at Denver, CO.This is a W-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions employee. Health benefits and 401K are offered.Responsibilities:Responsible for developing, testing, and integrating high speed digital design, high speed communication and system-on-chip (SOC) implemented on FPGA platforms.Develop more affordable ways to automate and develop scripts to improve FPGA development efforts on ground test equipment for space missions. Cross discipline collaboration with Test, Integration, Software, Systems Architects and Digital Circuit designers to create leading edge products for future business growth, contributing to complex systems employing high speed networking concepts. Overall contribution to design, simulation, verification, integration & test of complex, high speed products.  Requirements:6 years of experience in FPGA development on R&D program. Experience with Xilinx Ultrascale FPGA platforms, Xilinx Vivado tool suite required. Must be fluent in VHDL language (additional knowledge of Verilog/SystemVerilog a plus). Candidate with Spacewire knowledge/experience preferred. Experience with Python also desirable.
