Responsiblities
- Design and implement low‑friction data‑fabric architectures that seamlessly categorize and identify data across heterogeneous sources. Align the fabric with a comprehensive data ontology to support enterprise‑wide training initiatives.
- Create and maintain robust, reusable data ontologies tailored to corporate learning and development needs. Ensure ontologies are consistently applied across all data domains to improve discoverability and governance.
- Must be a U.S Citizen and have Ability to obtain clearance required if converted to full time.
- 7 Years of experience as a Data Architect.
- Strong command of query languages (SQL, GraphQL, etc.) and scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell). Extensive experience integrating APIs and building data pipelines on major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Skilled in CI/CD workflows for data engineering, enabling rapid, reliable delivery of data products.
- Architect and optimize high‑volume data processing frameworks (e.g., Spark, Flink, Hadoop). Implement rigorous data security, privacy, and refinement practices that empower data and AI engineers to develop features and reports with minimal overhead.
- Model‑Based Systems Engineering (MBSE): Document data strategies and architectures using MBSE tools such as Cameo Systems Modeler, ensuring traceability and alignment with enterprise requirements.
- Hands‑on experience with Palantir Foundry or equivalent data‑ops platforms (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, Azure Synapse).
- Proven track record designing and delivering data‑centric training programs that accelerate user adoption and competency across the organization.
- Bachelor’s degree.
