Duties and Responsibilities:
- Resident Care: Assist residents with daily activities, such as grooming, bathing, and feeding.
- Staff Support: Provide support to certified nursing assistants and other facility staff as needed.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with residents, family members, and facility staff to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of services provided.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Licenses/Certification: Valid NAR license and active pursuit of CNA license within 120 days of employment.
- Experience: Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred.
