A busy and growing automotive dealership in the Baton Rouge area is looking for a motivated Customer Service / Call Center Representative (Service BDC) to join our Service Department Call Center.
This role focuses on customer communication, scheduling service appointments, and following up with customers regarding recommended maintenance and repairs.

Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for the service department (heavy outbound focus)
- Schedule service appointments for customers
- Follow up with customers regarding recommended maintenance and repairs
- Contact existing customers regarding upcoming service needs and dealership promotions
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive dealership experience
- Work closely with service advisors and service management to support daily operations
- Maintain accurate customer records in the dealership CRM system
- Help increase service department traffic and customer retention
Qualifications
- Strong phone and communication skills
- Sales, call center, or customer service experience preferred
- Automotive experience is a plus but not required
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn CRM systems
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
