Job Summary
STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking an Oracle Functional Analyst on behalf of our client in Redmond, WA. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (R12) Financials. The ideal candidate will support, enhance, and optimize financial systems in a multi-organization, multi-ledger environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Support and maintain Oracle E-Business Suite R12 Financial modules, primarily General Ledger and Accounts Receivable

Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications

Troubleshoot and resolve system and data issues through root cause analysis

Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions

Engage with Oracle Support to research and resolve application-related issues

Prioritize workload, manage competing demands, and meet project timelines

Ensure compliance with financial and statutory requirements, including international standards

Facilitate clear communication across functional and technical teams
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field

5 years of experience working with Oracle Financials (R12)

Strong functional knowledge of General Ledger (GL) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

Experience working in multi-organization and multi-ledger environments

Solid understanding of Oracle Financials data structures, tables, and integration points

Proficiency in SQL and tools such as Toad or SQL*Plus

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills

Ability to manage priorities and effectively communicate with stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting or implementing Oracle Financials in European (EU) environments
