This position requires strong functional knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics, inventory management, and ERP-driven business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and enhance JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (JDE E1) applications across Supply Chain and Manufacturing functions
- Collaborate with business users to analyze and improve warehouse and logistics processes
- Support warehouse operations including inventory management, shipping, receiving, picking, packing, and order fulfillment
- Manage and support integrations between JDE, WMS platforms, and related enterprise systems
- Work with RF/mobile warehouse solutions and support RF-enabled operational workflows
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
- Coordinate with technical teams, vendors, and offshore resources for issue resolution and project delivery
- Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), implementation, and ongoing support activities
- Support EDI transactions and integration processes across supply chain systems
- Contribute to ERP enhancement and transformation initiatives within manufacturing/distribution operations
- 6 years of experience supporting JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (JDE E1)
- Strong expertise in JDE Supply Chain and Manufacturing modules
- Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Experience supporting RF-enabled warehouse operations and mobile scanning solutions
- Strong understanding of inventory control, warehouse management, logistics, and distribution processes
- Experience with JDE/WMS integrations and EDI transactions
- Background working in manufacturing and distribution environments
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional and offshore teams
- Experience with RFSmart or similar RF/mobile warehouse solutions
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Jira
- Experience supporting ERP transformation or process improvement initiatives
