- Containerization (ROSA/Docker with Kubernetes)

- Strong experience in requirement gathering, design, coding, performance tuning, and optimization
Job Description
We are seeking a Sr. Software Development Engineer with strong engineering fundamentals and experience working in high-scale, mission-critical environments—preferably within the aviation industry. This role requires a hands-on technical leader capable of driving design, architecture, and development for complex systems.
Responsibilities:
- Lead development projects with strong ownership of design, coding, and communication
- Demonstrate long-term experience in recent roles (3 years in latest projects)
- Develop high-quality, scalable applications using Java/JEE, Spring, and Microservices
- Build and optimize APIs and distributed services
- Work with AWS cloud components and infrastructure
- Implement containerized solutions using ROSA/Docker and Kubernetes
- Ensure best practices in coding, performance improvements, and architectural decisions
- Collaborate on requirement gathering, story grooming, and technical discussions
