Job Description:
Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with C-Suite, IT, business stakeholders, finance and accounting to understand goals and challenges of ERP initiatives.
· Plan, execute, and oversee ERP system implementations to improve business processes and efficiency.
· Develop project plans, manage budgets and timelines, identify and resolve risks associated with ERP initiatives.
· Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage vendors to ensure organizational goals are met.
· Ensure user adoption and transition into post-implementation roles, such as creating a center of excellence to manage ongoing ERP operations and upgrades.
Qualifications:
· 8 years of experience as an #OracleERPProgramManager leading implementations for large organizations.
· Technical knowledge to manage system configurations, testing, and troubleshooting.
· Project management experience, including planning, budgeting, and risk management.
· Experience using Smartsheet's for project planning and #Azure #DevOps for SDLC process (requirements, documentation, test cases, etc.).
· Excellent communication skills to lead team, stakeholder, and vendor coordination.
· An Executive presence: ability to work regularly with the C-Suite and manage other PMs.
· Ability to hold people accountable, have tough conversations, and lead people and processes in a deadline-driven environment.
