Staffworks is hiring Fiber Extrusion Operators for a Temp-to-Hire opportunity.
12-hour shifts lots of days off great company to work for!
Schedule & Pay
• 12-hour rotating shifts: 5:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Rotating schedule with 3–4 days off each week
• Pay: $18.00–$20.00/hour
• 10% shift differential for hours worked 5:00 PM–5:00 AM
• Weekly Pay
• Benefits available once hired permanently
Responsibilities
• Set up, operate, and monitor the Fiber Extrusion Line
• Ensure product quality, size, and appearance
• Monitor equipment and correct/report unusual conditions or defects
• Perform quality inspections and complete required documentation
• Clean and maintain equipment and work areas
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and help minimize machine downtime
• Follow company safety, quality, and production procedures
Requirements
• High School Diploma/GED
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Fluent English speaking, reading, and writing required
• Ability to read blueprints/schematics and follow detailed instructions
• Basic math, computer, mechanical, and machine-operation skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
