What are the responsibilities and job description for the Forklift 1st Shift position at Staffworks?
Staffworks is looking for experienced forklift operators in Greene NY
Qualifications:
- Minimum of at least 3 months forklift / lift truck experience
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills
What You'll Be Doing:
- Operating a forklift 50% or more of your workday.
- Performing a variety of stocking duties typically including but not limited to picking, marshaling, sorting, packing, stacking, loading and labeling.
- Keeping accurate records of all transactions.
- Utilizing internal computer systems for inventory control and accuracy; including completing cycle counts.
- You'll be the go-to warehouse partner for a variety of internal customers.
- Collaborating with multiple departments to resolve routine issues.
Schedule:
1st shift 6:00am - 2:30pm Monday-Friday; 2nd shift 2:00pm – 10:0pm Monday-Friday with overtime based on business needs, which can include Saturday
Compensation:
$20.73- $22.80 per hour depending on shift
