Location: Oriskany, NY
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour/ DOE
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Bonus: $50 weekly bonus for perfect attendance
We’re looking for a Customer Service Specialist who loves plants and solving problems. You’ll be the go-to expert for our clients’ customers, answering questions, resolving issues, and sharing your horticulture know-how.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver exceptional support across phone, email, chat, and social media.
- Troubleshoot and resolve product or service questions with confidence.
- Educate customers on safe, effective plant care and product use.
- Track and report trends in feedback to help improve products and experiences.
- Collaborate with teams across operations, product, and billing to make processes smoother.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–3 years in customer support or consumer-facing roles (horticulture knowledge is a huge plus).
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
- Comfortable using CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Passion for plants, gardening, and helping customers succeed.
