ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT- Liverpool, NY
Serves as an Administrative Assistant to office personnel and answers the in-coming main phone line.
The administrative office staff is a team. Each Administrative Assistant has set responsibilities and
backs-up the other administrative assistants by taking responsibility of overflow office work and
projects, as assigned.
Hours:
Monday - Friday, 8:00AM- 5:00PM,
Pay:
$17.00 - $19.00 per hour DOE.

Duties, not limited to:
Required to work in different areas upon request:
1st Admin - Front Desk - Reception
1. Greets clients, visitors, and guests, determined the purpose of each person's visit and directs the to the appropriate location.
2. Answers, screens and directs phone calls to staff, takes messages and schedules appointments.
3. Supports Customer Service Representatives, and Data Entry areas.
4. Receives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and delivers or distributes, opens and sorts incoming mail.
Other duties as directed.
2nd Admin - Data Entry
1. Receives data and paperwork form the Sales Department and other office staff each day.
2. Records and processes data and paperwork into correct computer system, supporting the 24- hour process turnaround expectations.
3. Completes the billing process, order entry,
4. Updates and maintains customer information as required.
Other duties as directed.
3rd - Admin- Working with CSRs
1. Assists with inputting job card updates and creates job packets
2. Responds and resolves inquiries and questions

Education and Experience: High school diploma required. Prior office experience preferred.
