Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:00AM - 2:30PM (overtime to include Saturday)
Wage: $21.50 per hour
About the Position
In this role, you will:
- Assemble transmission motors by hand
- Operate hand and power tools for mechanical, hydraulic, and/or electronic assembly
- Visually inspect your own work prior to the next operation
- Perform repetitive bench, board, machine, or line assembly tasks
- Crosstrain in multiple workstations
- Support the company’s 5S program by maintaining a clean, organized work area
- Teardown, clean, repair, rebuild, and reassemble previously built assemblies as needed
- Perform other related duties as assigned
What You’ll Need
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- At least 1 year of consistent work experience required
- Previous manufacturing experience is a plus
- Familiarity with assembly and measuring tools and ability to interpret visual aids
