- Currently Hiring: We're looking for a Business Development Manager in our Knoxville Technical Division.
- This Leader will manage a team of recruiters through the full lifecycle recruiting process.
- This role is a servant-leader role.
- Sales competency is only part of the battle.
- You must have a tremendous amount of EQ, coaching ability, leadership acumen, sales IQ, and a whole lot of heart to serve and lead your team.
- You will need to foster trust among team members and lead them to creating results for the company.

Qualifications:
- Able to lead a team while building your personal book of business.
- Coach/Player model where you are driving the business while leading your team.
- 2-5 years of experience in a transferrable sales role required.
- 3-5 years of staffing/recruiting experience highly preferred.
- Expert in a consultative sales model and able to teach others.
- Highly aligned to our company’s mission, culture, and performance.
- A CONNECTOR: Able to tap into people and maximize their talents.
- A CLOSER.
- Strong communicator with ability to inspire and influence within our culture.
- Has managed a full life-cycle sales book and can teach others to do so.
- Must live in Knoxville. This is an in-office role.
