What You’ll Do

As an Assembly Operator, you will work as part of a production team assembling, inspecting, and preparing products while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities include:

• Assemble products, parts, or components according to work instructions
• Operate basic production and assembly equipment
• Use hand tools and/or power tools as required
• Inspect finished products for quality and defects
• Follow production specifications and quality standards
• Package, label, and prepare completed products
• Maintain an organized and clean work area
• Meet daily production and productivity goals
• Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements
• Report quality, equipment, or production concerns to your supervisor
• Perform other production-related duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

Preferred qualifications:

• Previous assembly, manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and move materials as required by the position
• Willingness to work overtime when needed
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality

Experience as an Assembler, Assembly Line Worker, Production Operator, Manufacturing Associate, Production Associate, Machine Operator, Warehouse Associate, Material Handler, or General Laborer may be a great fit for this opportunity.
