What You’ll Do
Architect the overarching actuarial roadmap, aligning technical execution with long-term enterprise goals in close coordination with the President and executive board.
Drive corporate forecasting initiatives while delivering actionable intelligence on macroeconomic movements, industry shifts, and competitive landscapes.
Champion the evolution of cutting-edge data science capabilities, capitalizing on Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Predictive Analytics to optimize rating methodologies.
Direct a specialized, high-caliber actuarial team by establishing operational standards, providing continuous performance coaching, and cultivating top talent.
Synthesize line-of-business metrics to pinpoint lucrative expansion channels and institute swift, corrective actions for underperforming portfolios.
Maximize operational integrity by assuring rigorous compliance across all regulatory, technical, and institutional actuarial standards.
What You Bring
Actuarial Science or Mathematics degree (or an equivalent background reflecting 15 years of dedicated, high-level industry expertise).
Fellow Of The Casualty Actuarial Society (FCAS) designation paired with an ongoing commitment to professional development.
Executive Leadership experience, proven through successful oversight of specialized teams and large-scale strategic implementations.
Data Science Tools and Actuarial Software proficiency, including hands-on familiarity with Arius, R, Python, and Tableau.
Database Management and Database Querying skills utilizing Basic SQL alongside advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel.
Advanced Analytics, Problem Solving, and Executive Communication capabilities suited for high-level decision-making and cross-functional leadership.
Compensation & Total Rewards
Annual Salary: $300,000 – $400,000 USD
