This is a critical leadership mandate focused on architecting a robust reliability framework from the ground up. You will serve as the primary catalyst for eliminating downtime and optimizing the lifecycle of complex production assets, directly influencing the facility’s capacity, safety, and bottom-line success.
What You’ll Do
Architect and advance a comprehensive facility reliability roadmap that guarantees maximum uptime and adheres to the highest safety and regulatory benchmarks.
Synthesize technical expertise with Maintenance and Production departments to integrate reliability-centered design into all new equipment installations and system upgrades.
Engineer strategic initiatives aimed at systemic failure elimination across production lines, utility infrastructures, and automated control systems.
Orchestrate the deployment of sophisticated maintenance protocols, including high-value preventive routines and cutting-edge predictive/non-destructive testing technologies.
Analyze recurring mechanical or electrical bottlenecks to engineer permanent technical solutions that bolster throughput and product quality while reducing operational overhead.
Champion the technical growth of the on-site maintenance crew by designing and delivering advanced training modules to elevate internal troubleshooting capabilities.
Drive rapid-response technical support during critical equipment outages, partnering with field teams to restore peak performance efficiently.
What You Bring
Technical Foundation: A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
Industry Expertise: 2–5 years of dedicated experience in Reliability Engineering or as a Reliability Specialist within a high-volume manufacturing environment.
Leadership Background: Prior experience in a maintenance leadership or supervisory capacity is highly coveted.
Problem-Solving Prowess: A demonstrated ability to dissect complex engineering hurdles and implement sustainable, data-driven improvements.
Tactical Execution: A hands-on professional who thrives in the field, collaborating directly with technicians and operators to solve real-world machinery issues.
