Diagnose and resolve complex failures across electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
Synthesize operational data to identify trends, implementing continuous improvement initiatives that bolster plant reliability.

What You Bring
Professional Experience: A proven track record of 3–5 years in a high-volume manufacturing setting, specifically within beverage, dairy, or complex packaging sectors.
Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in troubleshooting automated production lines and a sophisticated understanding of integrated mechanical and electrical systems.
Educational Foundation: A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline is preferred, alongside a required high school diploma or equivalent.
System Proficiency: Advanced command of CMMS software and Microsoft Office; experience with SAP or similar ERP environments is highly valued.
