The Opportunity
StaffRight Associates is recruiting for a premier company in Pryor, Oklahoma, seeking an experienced Electrical & Instrumentation Specialist. This critical, hands-on role empowers you to enhance facility reliability, maintain complex industrial machinery, and drive technical excellence across a growing manufacturing operation.
What You’ll Do
Operate sophisticated process control equipment and associated field instrumentation.
Assess, program, and repair Plcs, Hmis, Drives, and auxiliary automation systems.
Advise plant operations and maintenance teams as a technical consultant during troubleshooting procedures.
Support capital project installations of advanced instrumentation and control hardware.
Maintain rigorous version control by backing up software programs and revising facility schematics, drawings, and documentation.
Manage daily operational activities, scheduled facility shutdowns, long-term planning, and capital initiatives tied to the controls and Electrical And Instrumentation department.
Advance facility reliability programs through Thermography, Ultrasound, and motor and electrical power analyses.
Collaborate cross-functionally with plant personnel, engineering groups, and outside contractors to ensure proper project execution.
Operate autonomously with high self-motivation to achieve facility goals.
What You Bring
Possess a minimum Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field, OR a vocational certificate or diploma in Electronic Controls, Instrumentation, or as an Industrial Technician (equivalent combinations of education and experience will be evaluated).
Demonstrate 1-3 Years of professional experience working as an Electrical Maintenance Technician within a fast-paced Manufacturing Environment (experience in Paper Manufacturing or industrial production is preferred).
Apply advanced Troubleshooting Skills covering Electrical Equipment, Instrumentation, industrial sensors, control switches, controllers, transmitters, automated valves, calibrations, industrial communications, Robotics, Motion Control, and Ac/Dc Control Power.
Utilize specialized programming capabilities to construct, oversee, and modify Plc and Dcs control logic.
Compensation & Total Rewards
Annual Salary: $90,000 - $95,000
