We support our clients by recruiting top talent for local job openings.We're currently hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Pontiac, Illinois.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Pay Period: Weekly
Pay Rate: $18.50
Training provided!
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
- Answering, screening, and routing all phone calls.
- Assisting walk-ins, scheduling interviews
- Complete data entry in the database for new applicants and check-in's.
- Organize and ensure completeness and accuracy of project-related and administrative materials and documents.
- Develop strong working knowledge of business processes and administrative deadlines.
- Maintain weekly audits.
Job Requirements:
- Must have strong customer service skills.
- Strong computer skills with minimum of 35 WPM.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Word knowledge.
- Valid driver’s license and transportation
- High School Diploma.
