Position Summary
StaffPulse Technologies is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Information Technology to lead and deliver technology projects for clients across the United States. The ideal candidate will manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and stakeholder communication while ensuring successful delivery of high-quality IT solutions using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end IT project planning, execution, and delivery.
- Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, developers, QA teams, and clients.
- Monitor project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure timely project delivery.
- Track project milestones, budgets, and performance metrics.
- Prepare project status reports and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure projects meet quality standards and business objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- 5 years of IT project management experience.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience managing cross-functional technical teams.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP, Scrum Master, or PRINCE2 certification.
- Experience with cloud migration, software implementation, or digital transformation projects.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, or Smartsheet.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $90,000 – $140,000 per year (based on experience)
