Recruiting Manager, Direct Hire

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Job Summary:
As an IT Recruiter, responsibilities include sourcing, evaluating, engaging, and managing candidates through the recruiting life cycle. Additionally, the position is responsible for skill marketing candidates to clients and prospects.
Essential Functions:
· Manage and communicate job postings.
· Schedule and conduct phone, face to face, and video interviews.
· Interview effectively to understand the technical depths of each IT professional you meet.
· Work with our customer facing Account Executives to understand client needs and technical requirements and take those technical requirements and identify and match them with appropriate candidates.
· Be honest and respectful of anyone and everyone you interact with.
· Telephone and email follow up with the IT professionals you’re working with as well as those who are on projects at our clients.
· Participate in training, including product, software, and sales training.
· Create and manage a daily schedule
· Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual goals
· Become highly knowledgeable with our IT consulting, staffing and recruiting services offered
Required:
Minimum 2 years of experience in an outside B2B sales role that includes cold calling and face to face client interaction
2-year degree or equivalent work experience
Professional communication skills (verbal, written and electronic)
Ability to work M-F 8-5:30 weekly available to attend 2-3 evening networking events per month
Desired:
Conceptual understanding of IT Infrastructure and Application Development environments
IT sales and recruiting experience
Negotiation experience
Background in an IT-related service industry in Central Ohio
Understanding of Consulting, Recruiting and Staffing industry
Proven success and stability in commission incentivized sales role
