Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation to uphold cleanliness standards.
- Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment to ensure safe and hygienic environments.
- Manage laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items efficiently.
- Maintain floor care by sweeping, scrubbing, polishing, and using carpet cleaning methods to keep all flooring surfaces in pristine condition.
- Handle manual tasks involving heavy lifting and outdoor work as needed for furniture moving or outdoor cleaning projects.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding their specific cleaning needs while providing excellent customer service.
- Ensure all cleaning surfaces and equipment are properly maintained, sanitized, and stored after use to promote safety and efficiency.
Skills
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping management with janitorial or custodial background preferred.
