Stafford Cutting Dies in Indian Trail, NC is looking for motivated, hands-on individuals ready to learn a skilled trade and build a real career in manufacturing. If you're mechanically inclined and show up ready to work, we'll teach you everything else - and pay you while you learn.

Compensation $18–$20/hour | Paid On-the-Job Training

What You'll Learn

• How to build and repair precision steel rule cutting dies used in manufacturing
• Safe operation of tools and specialized die-making equipment
• How to read production instructions and basic drawings
• Quality inspection and accuracy standards
  
  

What You'll Do

• Cut, bend, and install steel rule into die boards
• Assist with building and repairing dies to customer specifications
• Inspect your own work for quality and accuracy
• Support production teams and maintain a clean, safe workspace
  
  

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• Comfortable using tools - or genuinely eager to learn
• Ability to read a tape measure to 1/32"
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to work
• Able to meet the physical demands of the role, including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 65 lbs
  
  

Bonus Points (Not Required)

• Any manufacturing, warehouse, or hands-on experience
• Trade school, vocational, or technical training background
