- Cut, bend, and install steel rule into die boards
- Assist with building and repairing dies
- Check work for accuracy and quality
- Support production teams as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace
- High school diploma or GED
- Mechanical aptitude (comfortable using tools or willing to learn)
- Ability to read tape measure to 1/32"
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Attention to detail
- Ability to stand, lift, and perform physical work
- Manufacturing, warehouse, or hands-on experience
