Warehouse Director
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Warehouse Director to lead 3PL distribution operations. This role holds full operational and financial accountability for service performance, client partnership, safety, and profitability while ensuring seamless material flow to support renewable energy equipment manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end 3PL warehouse operations (inbound, outbound, inventory, fulfillment)
- Lead full P&L performance, budgeting, and cost optimization
- Ensure SLA, KPI, and client service targets are consistently exceeded
- Align distribution strategy with manufacturing production schedules
- Drive labor planning, productivity, and operational scalability
- Champion safety, compliance, and inventory accuracy
- Build and develop high-performing leadership teams
Qualifications
- 10 years of progressive warehouse leadership experience, preferably in 3PL
- Strong P&L ownership and multi-client or large-site management experience
- Background supporting manufacturing or industrial environments
- Expertise in WMS, process optimization, and continuous improvement
- Proven ability to lead large, complex operations with measurable results
