Janine Butterfield - State Farm Agency, located in Bethel Park, PA, is seeking a full-time Licensed Insurance Sales Professional to join our growing team.

We are an award-winning State Farm agency focused on helping customers protect what matters most while creating opportunities for our team to grow and succeed.

Compensation:

• $45000 - 75000 base pay plus uncapped commissions and bonus opportunities
• Successful team members have strong earning potential with total compensation ranging from approximately $45,000 - $70,000 annually.

This is an in-office position located in Bethel Park, PA.

Responsibilities:

Develop leads and schedule appointments
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services
Build and maintain customer relationships
Assist customers with policy changes, billing questions, claims, and coverage reviews
Provide prompt, professional, and friendly customer service

Required Qualifications:
Active Property & Casualty insurance license
Ability to commute to our Bethel Park office
Strong communication and customer service skills
Self-motivated with the ability to multitask

Preferred Qualifications:
Insurance sales experience
Life & Health license
Sales experience (inside sales, outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing)
Proven track record of meeting sales goals or quotas
