Mechanical Technician / Maintenance Associate
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Mechanical Technician to ensure timely delivery and maintenance of equipment in line with operational demands. This role plays a key part in improving equipment reliability, maintenance efficiency, and productivity within the Maintenance Base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform equipment maintenance per established programs and reliability strategies.
- Accurately log parts, labor, and maintenance activities in the Computerized Maintenance Management System.
- Follow all standards and procedures under the Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) system.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing downtime and optimizing cost of service delivery.
- Support efforts to enhance maintenance technician productivity and asset turnaround times.
- Engage in failure investigations and implement cost-saving repair and reuse projects.
Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with mechanical systems and maintenance processes.
- Commitment to safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
