Your Role:
- Lead & mentor electrical engineers
- Oversee design, planning & execution of capital projects
- Ensure projects meet scope, quality, schedule & budget
- Implement engineering best practices & process improvements
- Collaborate with Construction, Operations & Procurement
You Bring:
- Bachelor’s 10 yrs or Master’s 8 yrs in Electrical Engineering
- Proven experience managing large project engineering teams
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes & project planning
- Leadership, problem-solving & stakeholder management skills
